What services do you offer?

Do you treat dogs, cats and exotics?
Yes, we treat dogs and cats, as well as birds, reptiles, rodents, rabbits, and most other exotic pets on an emergent basis for all types of emergency conditions.
Can I stay with my pet during treatment?
Our staff will triage pets upon entering the hospital. In most cases, pets will be taken directly to the treatment area to obtain vitals and be examined by one of our doctors immediately. Non-critical patients will be brought back to an examination room, after being triaged, where you can be with your pet, and the doctor will come and discuss your pet’s condition. Critical patients will remain in the treatment area for stabilization of their condition, and the emergency veterinarian and staff will discuss treatment options for your pet. However, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process. If end-of-life care is required or needed, we will offer a quiet and tranquil place for you and your pet to spend your last moments together.
What should I bring?
If possible, bring:
- Your pet’s medications
- Any recent veterinary records
- A list of what your pet ate or was exposed to (if poisoning is suspected)

All outpatient care service costs are due upon acceptance of estimates. A deposit will be required for all hospitalized patients.
